Ancillary Services
Physical Therapy
Lestonnac’s Physical Therapy (PT) program began mid-2019 through collaboration with Kaiser Permanente PT students. This program has allowed for patients to receive essential rehabilitation for chronic pain and/or any physical issues resulting from trauma or illness.
In 2022, 163 patients received physical therapy via 355 visits, free of charge.
Diagnostic Testing
Lestonnac provides offers diagnostic testing including x-rays, ultrasounds, echocardiograms, DEXA scans, and stress tests, in order to provide these potentially costly services to referral patients at low or no cost. These services are crucial for helping our primary and specialty care providers to determine the underlying issues of a patient’s pain or illness.
In 2022, Lestonnac provided 1,197 patients with 1,358 imaging visits.
HIV Testing
Lestonnac launched its FREE Rapid HIV Testing Program to patients in June of 2020. Staff is able to administer the test and provide the patient with results within 15 minutes. This allows for patients to be immediately referred to community partners or the county in order to confirm results and provide the patient with resources and treatment.
Since the inception of the program, 439 HIV tests have been performed free of charge.
Behavioral Health
Our mental health services provide access to both Marriage and Family Therapy and Psychiatry. All patients are screened bi-annually to ensure immediate assistance is provided to patients in need.
